Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

How long we retain personal Data

Cargoaccess does not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. Afterward, we retain data for up to one year for the described statistical purposes. The data is then deleted unless there is a legal obligation requiring longer retention (such as the seven-year fiscal retention obligation for payment data).

Sharing personal data with third Parties

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data, or request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to info@cargoaccess.nl. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. Please black out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks. How we secure personal data

Cargoaccess takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification.
